Leader · Builder · Creator

I build systems from things that aren't supposed to work — then make them boringly reliable.

This is the hub. I run a small portfolio of work under A&K Enterprises, LLC — CX & channel consulting, music and long-form creative, and a few plays still in the forge.

/ 01 — The portfolio

A small portfolio, run with intent.

Everything lives under A&K Enterprises. Each brand does one job and does it well.

/ 02 — Selected work

Two decades in the hardest parts of CX.

01

Built the Channel's first Certified Implementation Partner Program

Now widely adopted across the industry — a model other vendors and partners still build from.

02

Scaled a PS org from start-up to acquisition

Grew a services team from 5 → 40+ people and a sub-$300k P&L into a $10M+ engine that helped drive an eventual sale.

03

Ran big, messy CX programs at scale

Led major contact center transformations for the biggest of the big — including a legacy-to-cloud migration for a Fortune 10 streaming service, 17k+ agents across 19 countries.

04

Advised vendors and partners on their own programs

Consulted with vendors and channel partners on creating and managing Certified Partner Programs of their own.

05

Designed the weird, hard stuff

Architected complex middleware, legacy integrations, and white-labeled vendor PS models that turned "necessary evil" services into predictable margin.

/ 03 — The person

Leader. Builder. Creator.

I've spent a career walking into the messy middle — the part after the deal closes, where scope, handoffs, and integrations decide whether a program lives or dies — and making it boring on purpose.

Same instinct runs through everything I build: take the thing that isn't supposed to work, understand it down to the failure modes, and turn it into a predictable engine. Consulting, creative, or whatever's next.
